RalaFlexª Reflective

RalaFlex Reflective are transfer film with retro-reflective properties that can be cut with all current plotters. Reflective Premium and Eco are suitable to transfer onto textiles such as cotton, poly/cotton and polyester/acrylic. The vinyl can be used for sports performance and work wear garments. Reflective Premium and Eco are not suitable for nylon textiles, however Reflective Nylon is the perfect option for this. The RalaFlex? Reflective Premium and Eco products should be applied at 160?C for 15 seconds under a medium pressure. These are both washable to 60?C and suitable for dry cleaning. The RalaFlex? Reflective Nylon film is transferred for 5 seconds between 145-150?C under a medium pressure and then removed whilst warm. After cooling down the vinyl is to be pressed for another 10-15 seconds. This is washable to 30?C and suitable for dry cleaning. Reflective Premium product conforms to EN ISO 20471:2013. Reflective Eco and Nylon conform to EN 471 (class 2).
